In the Philippines, our refrigerator is practically stacked with two kinds of fish. The first is the Tilapia. The second is milkfish(bangus).
After months of searching, I have finally found the most affordable, freshest milkfish in town – the cleaned, frozen, boxed, imported milkfish(bangus) imported from Taiwan! It comes in a box of 6, too.
Now how will I cook this? Hmmm. Grilled? Fried? Paksiw? Dinaing? Relleno? Adobo? Sisig?
The next few days will be exciting!
